1. About us

Ten Minute Agents is a trading name of Click Flow Grow Limited (company number 15930511), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Email: lisa.mccarthy@clickflowgrow.com. Click Flow Grow Limited is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

2. What you are buying

Digital content: GoHighLevel snapshot templates (workflows, AI agent settings and related assets) plus written setup guides. You need your own active GoHighLevel (HighLevel) account. HighLevel's own usage charges (for example email, SMS and AI usage) are billed by HighLevel and are not included in our price.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling: £29 per template, £79 for all five templates and £149 for a setup call. No VAT is charged. Payment is taken by Stripe through our GoHighLevel checkout. The contract is formed when we email your order confirmation.

4. Delivery and your 14-day cancellation right

We deliver the template link and setup guide by email straight after purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel. Because digital content is supplied immediately, at checkout we will ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery starts. This does not affect our refund promise below or your other legal rights.

5. Our 14-day refund promise

If you follow the setup guide and the template does not work in your GoHighLevel account, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will help you fix it, and if we cannot get it working we will refund you in full.

6. Your consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is faulty you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or refund. If faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. Nothing in these terms limits these rights.

7. Licence

Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the template for one business: either your own business, or, if you are an agency, one client business. You may edit the templates. For more businesses, buy another licence or contact us about multi-client use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the templates or guides as a product.

8. AI output and your responsibilities

The templates use AI to draft and send messages. You are responsible for reviewing the settings, the knowledge base you add, the messages sent from your account, and for complying with marketing, data protection and consumer laws in your business (for example consent for SMS and email marketing).

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the price paid, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and updates

We may improve templates over time. Updates to templates you have bought are free for 12 months from purchase.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
