Who processes data for us

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the USA. Cookies and similar technologies

This website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only exception is the newsletter signup form, which is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector) and only loads after you click 'Show the signup form'. We checked what it sets on 14 October 2026:

The form also loads a Meta (Facebook) script from connect.facebook.net and Google Fonts. Because some of this is not strictly necessary, we ask you before loading the form; your click is your consent under PECR. To withdraw consent, clear this site's and link.clickflowgrow.com's storage in your browser; the form will not load again until you click.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to our use of it (including objecting to direct marketing at any time); move it to another provider; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To use any right, email lisa.mccarthy@clickflowgrow.com. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We will update this notice if how we use data changes, and show the new date at the top.
